Ms. Messina is a Partner at CVS Health Ventures where she leads a Market Development team focused on portfolio management, fund of funds investments, and business leader engagement across CVS Health to accelerate enterprise growth and innovation through strategic relationships.

Prior to CVS Health, Andrea spent 15 years at Mass General Brigham (MGB) in several strategy and innovation roles focused on commercialization of MGB assets and collaborations with industry in areas of care delivery, AI/ ML, and digital health. Andrea started her career as a Protein Sciences researcher at Millennium Pharmaceuticals (now Takeda Oncology). Andrea holds a M.B.A. from Boston University and a B.S. in Microbiology and Genetics from UCLA.
