Lasse has worked across academia, government ministries, biotech, and pharmaceutical corporations with global teams exceeding 70,000 employees. His roles along the value chain within top pharmaceutical companies, at both headquarters and affiliate levels, encompass Alliance Management, Commercial Strategy, Research, Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Corporate Affairs, and Communications. 

Lasse has actively represented organizations in international consortia and coalitions, serving as chair and member of steering committees and working groups. His commitment to delivering results is reflected in successfully building teams and optimizing organizational functions, collaborating on critical business projects, and consulting on resource efficiency and process enhancements. 

As a colleague and a leader, Lasse believes in promoting a positive, solution-oriented mindset and a healthy work-life balance while respecting diverse perspectives within teams.
